Very good, you might want to correct the sail on the left in the middle: it's got some green shining through.
Not very steampunk to me...
i do like this but at the same time i also get a salvador dali feel
still it is good work author.
Like the mood. Don't get the three-blade-propeller-whirl thing. More fundamentally, 'steampunk' would suggest moving beyond the old-fashioned technology of sailing ships into the brave new world of mechanical steam-powered ships. And that's an awfully big dolphin in that bag. I would call it a whale.
