Hello, you said the entry for word object in the entry BROKEN. I miss read the contest, so you correct the entry is wrong.
About the pieces not matching the size,of the cap letters. This was done with the filter stain glass at a cell size of 23 border thickness of 10 and light intesity of 10. by inverting the image and erasing the thickness, you will have the peices. using the mask tool the pices came out the maked word. Using styles and bevel and embos I added a soft chisel effect and nudge it down. I also made the layers into a 3d postcard and made the letter look like there falling. so that might have made them look that don't fit in the hole. Thank you so much for your advices for my manip "modern witch transportation". I always appreciate them! I know something is a bit wrong. Normally, I don't look at the manip for a week or more and then I realize it myself, so the contest period is always too short for me. But most of the time I continue to work on my images although the contests have already ended.
So thanks for your tips! I keep them in mind.

Thanks for your comment on "ship, ahoy!".
I didn't do any adjustment to the photo, not beforehand and not afterwards. I chose 6 colors of the photo( two blue, two red, one dark and one light color) and used them as custom palette in "indexed color"-window. That's all.
