Used the brushes from source 1 to create the leaves and petals. Everything else is original art besides the original source. (5 years and 792 days ago)
Out of the box, splendid turn, simple &effective. I hope it get's on top!
This is very creative, author. Love the colors and added mountains and frame. Is there a source for the Chinese characters?
@ greymval. Thank you for the awesome feedback. It's greatly appreciated.
@ pearlie. No there isn't. The chinese characters is just a translation from a translator. But now that I think of it google translate would be a source. That's a great point. I'll add it now. Thanks for the comment.
Absolutely spectacular use of the source~A fave for sure and high marks Best of Luck
Thanks so much Christy.
Awesome ! Love everything about it.
Stunning imagination! A fav from me, best of luck
It took me a second. Then I saw it! Nice work! GL!

I love it when a tutorial is adapted in a different way Very clever author! Nice work.
Great image, I agree with ponti its nice to see a tutorial credited but with your own stamp on the image.... great result !
Thank you, guys!
@ Gino: actually I can't follow a tut from beginning to end (perhaps it's lack of experience or capacity), so I try to adapt it to obtain the results. But I think it's better that way, I prefer not to make copies, just learning how to do.
One of my favorites in the contest
Also nice SBS
Super cool work author...well done
yeah its super super cool
And thank you all again...

Good imagination. A better SBS would help, but GL...plenty of time to add one.
This is very lovely!
Agrees with both comments! GL!
Very nice work author...well done
i think you should make this more gruesome, because a simply hole isn't interesting! love the concept!
Agrees with crystle but don't overdo it. Just some blood dripping from him mouth and a puddle of it below his head would be a nice touch and to make it even more effective, keep the blood red and the rest of the image as it is. GL!
Thanks for your input guys. Tried the blod dripping from mouth but really didn't look right. I think your both right with the blood, and keeping it red does give it the image a bit more impact. Thank you.
Nice use of source image. Have you tried it without the bullet hole? GL.................JB
Well done with the desaturation, it really makes one to look at the dead body.
Nice use of the smoke
oh, nice! Yeah! See? It's a nice touch. You definitely improved your vote from me. GL!
That's it....Top entry author...well done
Graphic but well done.
the blood puddle's perspective doesn't seem to be consistent with that of the concrete
Expected top 3 with this, well done
