i think you should make this more gruesome, because a simply hole isn't interesting! love the concept!

Agrees with crystle but don't overdo it. Just some blood dripping from him mouth and a puddle of it below his head would be a nice touch and to make it even more effective, keep the blood red and the rest of the image as it is. GL!

Thanks for your input guys. Tried the blod dripping from mouth but really didn't look right. I think your both right with the blood, and keeping it red does give it the image a bit more impact. Thank you.
