When I was in highschool, I was a future farmer of america and wanted to go to Tuskeegee to major in Ag business and raise Holsteins. I love cows. Beautiful animals. But I think that God put animals here to be subject to us. Doesn't mean that we should abuse them. Anyone of an Abrahamic faith could check your Books and see that there are rules.

This looks pretty good, especially the details in the face. The "hair" reminds me of those old Ken dolls that had molded hair instead of rooted hair like Barbie had.

Going for symetry instead of realism. I get it. But if you're going to have two shadows, the assumption is two light sources. Which I guess is hard when you're trying to use shadows to give a drawing dimention. I like your use of a "nub" to make the flower.

I like the holes! Sure they don't look like she's been poked with needles. But if she were, I'm sure she wouldn't be smiling, either. So the first thing I thought of when I saw this was that they're piercings. In which case, they wouldn't be bleeding (anymore) and the holes would be big enough for the needles to go through. I think that Lady Gaga meant for that to be a play on words. Kinda double entendre, maybe.

The feathers seem to become part of the hair. Is that what your intention is? Or is it a mask? If so, I would use maybe the smudge tool to extend the feathers, or cut them out all together and just use the eye piece. I'm sorry. I don't think that I'm being very helpful but the feathers at the top don't look quite right. Nice idea, though. I will hold my vote.
