nice work you need to add shadows to blend imo
i agree with nisha. i like you concept, definitely, but just a few little things i might add... bringing some of the brick texture up onto the face to blend it in better...some shadows and stuff...and then, also, blur the horizon so it gives it more depth. also..and not to be picky, but just trying to help... i think the yellow of the stones going into the water is too bright. perhaps lower the saturation so it blends better with the image as a whole.
Thanks for the comments, I tried to fix must or you suggestions - the bricks on the face are still stumping me though...
You've done a lot of cool work here which would be easier to appreciate if you included an SBS. I'm not sure I agree with the relative simplicity of the foreground/midground against the complexity of the background. The perfectly horizontal panels in the door are at odds with the tilted horizon in the background.
I have to agree with most of whats been said, great concept but a little more work on the blending factors.... best of luck

Very very nice work author...love the shapes...best of luck
(the title is from a line in the song by the Cranberries, "Free to Decide" Thanks!! erathion
Great entry GL
Very creative and wonderful work Author ... not sure if I understand it but I don't always understand my husband and I love him so I guess it is okay to love this!
What's funny arca is that I don't understand why a person would take a piece of paper, fold it into an airplane, then attach it to a fluorescent green clothes line with clips and then take a picture of it with over exposure to the sun (JUST KIDDING LAMANTINE)
When I saw the source I was like, well how do ya do! had to think of something that would match the wonder and uniqueness
Awesome work author, you kept the texture of the source really well, so it's recognizible, your colors & composition are awesome too, so high marks !
It should get more views!
Thanks for the vote of confidence grymval, but I'm not part of the .. ahem LOOP as it were, so my expectations are always low LOL.. just a fact of life
... read your reply at work and everyone wondered what I was laughing at ... love it!
This is so well thought out, love the art, layers, etc. but LOVE the title! So fitting for the true artist that you are, author.
I don't get why only 55% - (voters forgot their glasses, maybe), but i'm glad at least this came on 2nd. Congrats.
Thanks greymval, I'm happy with what ever I get , no need for ego biscuits here
Thanks to fdecomite for sky pic. (5 years and 1654 days ago)
I like the concept and the execution, but i'm not a big fan of the outer glow or the current background, perhaps some out of focus clouds, or something a little more complex than a blue gradient. Good luck
Thanks, Matteo...you inspired the revision, and it's better!
Not bad !
Very nice shapes author and inteligent work...best of luck
you did a good job..just putting those things together.... good luck my friend.
Clearly I was inspired by Dali :)
He is one of my favourite artists...

Here comes the big ones.....
Blow your mind...one of my fav!
may i ask what program you use to create the body?
Hi Inanis,poser 7 used.
very nice work, but jeez, considering your level, your sbs is severely lacking.....hope you'll post a little explanation for it.
WOW!! O.O Pro much? Awesome work!
There is no explanation for how the womans body was made. I agree with pearlie your SBS is very lacking
Very nice work...but when someone made this good entry SBS should be mandatory...High votes from me,but author spend a bit more time to show us,what u did in creation process...
Great idea, love the mood & color, but the edges on the figure are seriously jagged, the shadows need work, and the SBS is a joke.
thanks. never used poser or any similar program before, but i'm really curious on how it works. thanks for the info and good luck with your entry.
Really fantastic! But it's true some more steps on your sbs to explain your work to us would do some difference...
It's an amazing image but you should seriously put more into the SBS. Entries could get removed if the mods are not happy with it.
Amazing Job......Good Luck Author.
Congrats, stunning work
congrats on the first place
