Not sure what you mean by "nubs" but if they are those bumps in her shirt then they are supposed to be there. You can see them in the source image.

well they distract my eye when I go into high res, they are all I look at LOL, they really look like left over mask bits, but it's your chop,

The blur seems a little overdone, I understand you are trying to create a depth of field but in my opinion it is too much. Also try matching your shadow to the one on her neck, yours is much darker.
