You can not add blur to part of a photo, against the rules.
Brilliant idea and photo
is your hand up against another photo or is that background real out in the open? It almost looks as if you cropped your hand and photoshopped it onto another photo.
No photoshop. The paper, the hand and the backround are all real and in one shot. The problem was the focus of drawing. I used lens 32 mm , very small aperture for long field of focus and flash to light my paper and my hand. Camera : Canon 1000D , 1/60 , f/29 , ISO=200, focal length=27 mm,
