The main focus of this image is on the face and you chose the soft, less detail brush for the rest, so if I were you I would draw the hair strands with large, soft brush and not clearly separated as you did. Even though these hairs are still nice, they distract the eyes a bit to the top left corner of the image. Overall, I can see your effort and this portrait has a soul, which is the most important one. Fabulous hair, but her eyes are about 1/3 too small, and the hairline is too high, which makes her forehead look even bigger than it really is.

Very nice drawing my friend, I can recognize her immediately. The eyes and hairs took you a lot of time, I guess. There are many ways to pain the hairs, maybe you can try, they can reduce the time needed. Also, if you use the realistic approach, some highlights on the skin, mouth, eyes are always good .
