Love the fish, but I don't get the feathers in the background.
they are from the source and represent seaweed, just as the body of the fish is made out of armor
One fish, red fish, and blue fish! Lol....because this one ate two fish.

Great idea, but the source image is copyrighted. You can probably find something usable by checking http://www.pxleyes.com/blog/2009/06/how-and-where-to-find-legal-source-images/
CMYK46 is right, the image is copyrighted. You can find similar images on Flickr using the advanced search feature as explained in the blog he suggested.
This link: http://www.flickr.com/search/?q=urinal&l=deriv&ss=2&ct=0&mt=photos&w=all&adv=1#page=0 will take you to the Flickr pages with usable images.

When I downloaded the source image from Flickr I used the creative commons filter. Is it possible that the owner changed the copyright after?
Don't trust the filter...it usually works, but always check.

Author, this is a very appealing image, but there is a bit of work you need to do. You have visible edges of some of your stock photos, it is particularly noticeable in the middle of you image under the mountain range. Also the farther floating island has a straight edge which looks a little odd, and in high res. there are some remnants of that photo edge in the sky. Good luck.
