Summer fun by the lake. I love a cool custom car so I used a classy chassis image and combined it with the contest source. A lot of work to marry the two images, warping, cloning, painting. I changed the yellow to a lime green and added tinted windows. Car chops are a lot of fun and I enjoyed doing this one. (5 years and 2082 days ago)
This is the R. Buckminster Fuller Dymaxion Car from 1934. Powered by a 90 hp Ford V8 engine. It was reportedly able to do 120 mph.
I thought it would be fun to see what it would look like with a paint job like the source pic.
This is a three wheeled vehicle and way ahead of its time, in fact I believe the VW vans design may have been influenced by this vehicle. Anyway, due to a fatal accident, the funding for production of the Dymaxion never developed. (5 years and 2082 days ago)

.....a well camouflaged car. Don't you think?
I used the displacment map and the layer mode "darken" for the graffiti.
I put some highlights on the man with the adjustment layer "exposure".
I added shadows with a dark green soft brush and the layer mode "multiply".
I added slight light beams with a thin and bright brush and used "radial blur" on it. (5 years and 2906 days ago)
