"The poorest man may in his cottage bid defiance to all the forces of the Crown. It may be frail -- its roof may shake -- the wind may blow through it -- the storm may enter -- the rain may enter -- but the King of England cannot enter! -- all his forces dare not cross the threshold of the ruined tenement!"

Lord Chatham, William Pitt The Elder

Cool idea. I like the non-traditional use of orange, but the sky seems kind of blah and in need of more-dramatic saturation. Compositionally, the centering of the sun, city, and foreground UFO is also kind of blah. (I'd move the sun left and the front UFO right for a diagonal composition—which would require a sun reflection in the water since the UFO shadow would no longer block it.) The identical blurring of the lights of each of the UFOs regardless of their distance from the viewer/photographer weakens their impact IMO.

Thank you very much for your views on this DanLundberg I will take all your advice onboard

The old house is my stock, photo taken in January on a trip to a region colonized by German, is approximately 2 hours from where I live. The region is known for producing wines, cheeses and colonial products.

This is such a sweet illustration, perfect for a child. Love that you made the hills and ground blue, and the house with curved walls, I like that whimsy.

just a suggestion author.. if you added a bit of bevel emboss to the frame (and a few white light streaks blurred to give lacquer light reflection as well) and a light BW gradient fill to the interior of the screen I'd think you get a more popping image..(you could even use a very soft BURN brush along the inner edge of the screen to give it a bit of a vignette too) IMHO.. I really do love the use of an old type writer .. I miss mine (lost it in Andrew).. good luck author
