It looks like you've just placed the texture over the face and used multiply. It would be alot more believable if you spent some time working on a displacement map and using that on the texture first.
sorry James, i used a displacement map...
I'd go back and adjust the values of the map, because there's hardly any displacement, and to be honest it looks flat. Also you need to post the source link for the ladies face
and it's not "only" multiply. But thanks for your comment. Maybe you are right and it could be done better...
We can only guess what steps you've taken... if you want more informed feedback for future entries it might be worth doing a more detailed sbs, beginners may also be able to get tips from looking at it too.
added the source...
I will leave it like that, for me it's at this point ok. Maybe on the next pic...
Try making the cracked earth layer less opaque and/or on Overlay. That should give the face more definition.
no receipt............I want SBS fast.........sorry!!!
sorry, I have no time to make a tutorial...
So the rules of competitions
It is must be posted SBS
Next time do not forget!!!
ah it's a RULE?
I don't know that. Sorry...
This is a theme contest. It is only required to make a SBS if an entry is made from a contest source photo and no outside sources.

so much fun
Good work.... nice setting for the source.... nice colors.... good luck!
Thank you very much.
I created the mirror using CINEMA 4D and an explode tool for the mirror itself.
I then went into photoshop. (5 years and 1131 days ago)
Ohhhhhhh.... not ugly only strange... poor cat....smiles.... nice capture!
This picture keeps bothering me because the mirror is behind the cat and should be reflecting the cat's back. Not to mention what is holding the broken pieces in place? I think I could accept it if the mirror was a portrait instead.
Wouldn't you see the back of the cat in the mirror?
Use one of the PxlEyes sources and Photoshop.
Thank you, Snappler for the awesome wooden texture: http://www.pxleyes.com/picture/10646/4aecc032e5d4d.html (5 years and 1548 days ago)
