Ok I went back and removed the text, made sure only stock brushes were used, I didn't even us the ones I made, and it's one stock photo and my photo texture and all is included in the SBS and HR attached....

Thanks all for comments... and it is funny how the same pictures are used over and over again especially from DeviantArt... lol...

I notified the artist... (but didn't get feedback yet..... hopefully she likes it)..... I did get an email with further links to her work... lol.... maybe that is what she wants..... but all is in accordance with Pxleyes guidelines and that of the DeviantArt, Artist....
