Very creative and amusing. Not sure why the guy is worried when the dino looks like he's just hamming it up for the camera and is not threatening at all (thanks to his big eye and cheery red tongue). I do wish his right foreleg were a bit more delineated -- maybe a little darker chest and belly shadow (see around his eye, for example).

OOHHH very Tim Burton.. Looking at the hi res you have a slight halo effect on the edges especially in darker areas of the background. Nice work.

very nice creation. only some lighting issues(light source is from back side- shadow shows the direction of light) but some light is falling on the face also. Instead of highlight use midtones only in the face. GL

Very well done. I especially like the time and attention that was paid to the little boy in the picture. The only change would make would be to extend the "grass" a bit so you didn't have that black gap on the left edge of the picture. Other than that, it's amazing.

Very good, I not sure about the black glow around the girls head and the strangly pin sharp birds in the background when everything else is soft focus. If the figures are casting such strong shadows their faces would be almost black

The girl also needs anchoring to the ground she seems to be floating, IMHO

Very creepy, unsettling, and Tim-Burton-like. I like the strong light and shadow contrast on the figures, but the light and shadows of the background don't match that well. In hi-res the girl's dress seems to cast a shadow on the painted backdrop when I would like this to be a 3-D environment. A side light appears to be illuminating the figures yet their ground shadows are from a back light which is consistent with the background. I would shift the ground shadows and tone down the background to give the impression it's illuminated by the same side light shining on the figures.

This is great and I plan to study your SBS to learn from it. For those who want the faces to be dark, they could easily be getting reflected light on their faces.

Thanks for all your comments! The eyes were just three round circles, shaded withe dodge and burn. A little highlight on the top. Then Merged them in with the head.

Although this looks vers nice, I can't see the source image in the final result. You could have done this without the source image

author, for avoiding same suitation in future, when you upload your entry, checkmark option "publish entry later", when you are done with sbs then from My contest and Publish your entry, which will visible to all of us. But I still say that source is not enough visible in final image though image is great

And i wouldn't worry about not being able to see the original image.. as long as its in there somewhere it shouldn't put voters off chosing your masterpiece. Again, excellent work. Really well done.

Nicely done. Like the expressions...especially the victim. Perhaps if you tweaked the shadows so that they weren't so soft and uniform, it would really help this image.
