Animal Logos - Photoshop Contest [21 entries]

Where ever you look, you'll see logos. Some just show the name of a company, others also include an image. For this contest, your goal is to make a logo for a fictitious company that contains at least an animal.

Since you can take any kind of company you want, think about what animal would fit for what organization. You can not copy an existing logo. Neither can use use animal shapes from photoshop, tubes, brushes or fonts with animals. A nice presentation would be great, but the goal is the logo itself. Good luck!

This contest is open for all levels.
This contest is in finished. Check out the winners below!

MossyB: Since this is a PHOTOSHOP contest, NOT a drawing contest, the images should be constructed from PHOTOS of animals, yes? (1 year and 344 days ago)
wazowski: Would be nice, but for this contest no must. After all, making a logo is not necessarily just making a digital drawing, you're allowed to use way more tools (i.e. also the type tool) and textures. (1 year and 344 days ago)
spaceranger: In the category titled "Photoshop" Contests, the use of "Photoshop" is in the generic sense. The term applies to graphic programs other than (but including) Adobe Photoshop. This broadens the possibilities for the authors approach to his/her entry.
Source contests require the use of the contest source but does not limit the entry to only photographic images. You can use 3D or digital painting from other programs to achieve your goal.
It's been suggested in the forum that we have a separate Photoshop ONLY contest which some members thought would be good but remember you can still use only Photoshop if you prefer, using other programs won't guarantee success and a great many Photoshop Only entries do very well. ImmerVerloren: awesome contest waz ! i surely wanna take part in this. you've got some very nice ideas, thanks (1 year and 340 days ago)
artbybambi: And may I add in here that the use of Photoshop goes FAR beyond just photo manipulation. Much of using the program to it's fullest is partly digital drawing. (1 year and 338 days ago)

So, When i first saw this comp, i thought right on to the logos where the text forms a animal or a object. And i thought, which animal would fit for that? And a FISH was a perfect animal to do it with, so i did. (1 year and 342 days ago)
