Pxleyes Ads - Photoshop Contest [16 entries]
Recently, we released some pxleyes contest banners. In this contest, your goal is to design a banner/ad for pxleyes, or a part of pxleyes.
You can make banners for the following sections:
- The main site in general (http://www.pxleyes.com)
- Specific Contest Section (http://www.pxleyes.com/allcontests/photoshop/1/)
- Tutorial Section (http://www.pxleyes.com/tutorials/)
- Specific Tutorial Section (http://www.pxleyes.com/tutorials/photoshop/pxl/)
- Art Section ( http://www.pxleyes.com/art/new/1/)
- Stock Section (http://www.pxleyes.com/stock/new/1/)
- Art Grid (http://www.pxleyes.com/art-grid/)
- Blog (http://www.pxleyes.com/blog/)
You can create an entry for one of these sections, or create a high resolution image including multiple sections.
The size of your banner can be anything from this list (width / height in pixels):
- 728 x 90
- 468x60
- 160x600
- 120x600
- 336x280
- 300x250
- 300x600
- 125x125
- 250x250
The more banners you can make, the better. Make them glossy and fresh like in the 4 examples (try to integrate different sizes in 1 entry). Prizes for this contest are higher than usual. Make sure to keep the Photoshop PSD or Fireworks PNG, as you will need to provide this if you finish in the top 3 of the contest. Good luck!
