Tuckinator: Can we add special features to this contest such as: shading in the "little planet" for a 3-d effect, adding other objects from a different source, like a plane or something, can we change the sky to a different one besides the sky that came with the image? ( 5 years and 3102 days ago )
MossyB: I would think so. My idea was to create a little planet. Embellishment is optional. I'd love to see a 3-d effect! Or a bunch of little people running around it. The tutorials are just to help you create it. past that point, let your creativity run wild! ( 5 years and 3102 days ago )

Very good construction. One small suggestion, the planet in the back is sharper then the one in the middle while the one in the back should be more out of focus then the middle one... Good luck!

Yeah British gas that's what I thought.... I would suggest maybe making the planet appear more spherical though.... great image!...
or maybe not... nah just leave it!
lol yep.... wasn't intentional to make it look like the ad but as it progressed it did look like it, so I decided to use the big head model concept too
. Still I`m happy to achieve in 2d what they achieved in modeling animation

I'd like a little more roundness on the fence, but it's a very nice work.
I like your work, but I am not sure if it fits the goal of this contest. I think you have to take a picture and make it into a little planet as shown in the tutorials. What you did is a kind of collage and the end result looks like a little planet. But you didn't revolve a picture using distort - polar coordinates
The image fits the goal of the contest exactly to the word, the tutorials supplied are simply a guide on how you can make such an image...I just chose not to follow the tutorials.
Please dont be confused with the "guide" and the "goal", if you read the goal there is no mention of polar coordinates.
