Very cool realistic work author...One minor observation's,guy that is in front of the house at the left side is the way bigger then a guy at the boat who is nearest...Still,high marks from me and best of luck for u author...
Great use of source!
got it erathion.. just removed him completely.. he really wasn't needed.. THANKS!!! (that's what I get for working to late)
nice chop and good luck
very well done!
i like it, so nice
It seems like the boats always were there! Perfect blending...
And nice pic too!
Yes great blending, nice job!
this looks very realistic
nice blending ,amazing work
awesome work ! very well done
beautiful! great job author!
awesome--the only thing is that the far boat looks way too small in comparison to the surroundings so you could have taken that out--great job though!
Very nice entry author.good luck.

clap clap! nice creation, remind me Pandora . I would make the bottom edge of the land less sharp and a bit darker, plus bring back the sky background (because in landscape capture, the sky is almost in the same dimension plane with other things, not blurry like in portrait, macro, etc.). Very good, good luck to you
Awesome! Very good!
its great but where's the river? the theme is more like about the river
Ya Good question.I'm agree with rhane11.
appreciable work... but slight the theme....
I don't agree with the others. I think this is brilliant and don't understand why these people want the river. You still have at least half of the original image still there. Great idea!
Chalty669 is right, this is not the theme contest, not about the river, Indian river is just the name of the source
Very creative. I think it's great not having to look at another river. I like how the author didn't go with the obvious yet the source image is still clearly recognizable.
It's very creative, different of the other entries!
I agree. Its very creative. Good luck author!
Just remove whatever that is at top center and you'll have a great image.
the clouds are fuzzy yet the birds that are off in the distance are clear as day. the thing in the top center is a bit distracting. great image, gl!
Hello, folks! Thanks for all the comments. I wasn't able to list all my souces for this entry so I'm placing it here in the comments:
great entry! gl
Congrats for your second place, Hypelite!
Congrats for 2nd

Great concept. However, you won't see too many rescue/patrol choppers on the Indian Rivers... lol!
But again, work done very beautifully.
ktn185 Welcome to California.
Nice work on the water with the rotor wash, but the copter's just a bit small.
yk46 I am using the crewmen aboard the chopper as a rule to scale by.
nice blending and choice of sources
In Ca rivers are there boats like that? Just asking...
Very nice except it's not clear why the patrol helicopter is coming down so low. Nevertheless, I agree with CMYK46 that you did a great job of incorporating the rotor wash, but I actually think the chopper size may be really a tad too big. The chopper pilot's torso size pretty much matches that of the guy in white, except the pilot is a bit further away so his/her torso should be slightly smaller. While I realize you merely copied your helicopter source pic, I still think the right-side landing-gear could use some burning to make it stand out a bit more from the background.
Great water thing !
nice work Author... every aspect looks GREAT!
that close and those people would be ducking and the boat rocking! looks great! gl
Great idea and lots of cool effects...good luck author
nice work author
nice blend..good luck
nice thinking and great job.....
great job, author! very well done! gl
Congrats for your third place, Loyd!
Congrats for 3rd
If you might know that most of Indian temples are situated near river...
So here is my try. (5 years and 1858 days ago)
Great blend author, but would be better if u do few more things to make this very nice entry better.Select river and the bushes from the right side, pain it with some bronze color for the example and play with blend mode's a bit.If u do that u will achieve same color as the temple from the left side and...just an idea...good luck author...
Very good job! It blends grea! Nice work!
nice work and top blend....
It reminds me a soap opera we've watched here in Brazil, 'bout the relationship between Indians and Brazilians...
the reflection is of a building and some trees, but you have building all the way down
very realistic..good luck
thanks to sibaudio for the picture SNOWY DAY 1 (5 years and 1860 days ago)
it fells good watching this picture
Pretty nice, except the people are a bit underdressed for the weather and, more critically, they must be Lilliputians given their size relative to the trees and house. The tree reflections could probably use a little ripple distortion to match the boat reflections, plus the edge by the steps in the lower right corner should not cover up the steps' own reflection.
than you guys. DanLundberg corrected the edge of the steps, gave a suble displacemente map to the reflection of the trees. and about the weather, they must be pretty comfortable with those clothes. about the size. they are very large trees. he he. its just photoshop. thanks.
I do love the winter you put into the reflections..hehehe good luck author
nice work good luck for you
Very good job!
Good work author.
it is on my test... lol
Very nice work...Great snow effect author...good luck
