Looking at the denominations, I'd say, not very rich.
That depends on your particular situation. If you are the owner of the left wallet, there is no doubt in my mind, that you would think the owner of the other wallet was quite rich.
Do ya see a credit card in the empty wallet? There is nothing in the "poor" wallet. Not even an ID. But the "rich" wallet has a credit card peeping out. So that means they are REALLY rich, egh? LOL.
Maybe you folks would like to send me some of yur $$$$$ so that I could maybe make the rich wallet appear richer ??? lol !!
