My grandparents owned 400 acres of land in the deep woods of Wisconsin and our family would go up in the summers and live in their extra cabin. It was the perfect place for an 8 year old to run around and explore. I used to like to leave the paths and just make my way through the woods, and this is a turtle shell I found on one of my journeys. It was the perfect treasure, and I kept it to remind me to go off the path every once in a while. I still have it now, about 45 years later. (5 years and 2410 days ago)
