wonderful and energic colours, very nice
Great color and well placed, the beak brings u right through the picture to his eyes. The bokeh only hightens the subject. Great photo, thanks for sharing
Fantastic focus, the detail of the small feathers is amazing. Great colors, great capture. Excellent job!

love the perspective that u were able to catch this picture at. good focus on the bird, love how u used the wings to bring u into the picture. good exposure not letting the water effect the outcome of the bird. well done
Everything DW sayz...and just incredible detail also, wonderful entry author.
An extra large EGG. (5 years and 1288 days ago)
Great shot! Good lighting and composition with some humor. Wish you could read the scale a little better, but that's really minor. GL

nice.. like it.
Coming towards you, and it looks mean too with that spear-like beak ! Nice photo!
gorgeous shot, well done =)
great color, exposure and use of rule of thirds... nice shot
nice shot - great colour and composition
good shot, I like composition
Duckweed, the green stuff this pelican is swimming in makes for a wonderful emerald colour backdrop for this fine subject. (if you have an aquarium with gold fish, duckweed is also a wonderful fresh fond source they will gobble down and grow bigger from).
I really like the diagonal line your subject leads in from as it parts the weed moving closer. It seems to add to the feeling of motion.
