jawshoewhah: Nowhere does it say in the description that it has to be outdoors. I think the key is to have your light coming out of the dark or illuminating in the dark. Outdoors and at night seems like a safe bet. ( 5 years and 3060 days ago )

bandit69: Thanks for suggesting this contest. I have been wanting to learn how to do night light photography. However it is REALLY COLD! I did go into the city last night. And now I know what windchill warning means. Brrr, I hope we do this again in the summer!
