I tried to make it interpretable; I've just had a debate with my girlfriend about whether or not a surrealistic image needs to attempt to make sense. I'm on the yes side, though yet to be convinced by my own argument ;
Surrealistic images may or may not be interpretable, but they definitely don't HAVE to make sense. They are depictions of the subconscious mind, stemming from the Id (the philosophy was created when Freud was big). Either way, it's a cool image.
Great image, it is very interesting I must say and it is pleasant to look at. Your blending skills are superb the lighting is excellent and all the details are great.

Good expression of surrealism in this work of yours. Some subtle shadows would have helped the image a little more. Good luck!

I based the shadows on those in the original, which were pretty subtle to begin with, but maybe you're right I could've made them a bit stronger.
