I don't disagree with those thoughts, but I think if the bird wasn't in the picture it would still be an awesome photo.. I enjoy it much for all the reasons u mention, the fog, the silhoutte, and the fence bringing u into the pic.

Nice crisp sharp shot, nice exposure, and good use of bokeh. Rule of thirds is done well, but I would of had him on the otherside of the pic and had him looking into the pic and not out of it. Overall a very nice pic. thanks for sharing

interesting shot here. he does look a lil suspicous of you. the metering looks like it took the reflection off the water (which is common) and it takes away from the detail of the bird in the mid section and is distracting from the photo... remember the eye is drawn to the sharpest and brightest. nice pic, thanks for sharing
