Achh sad when they leave and their paw prints remain forever imprinted on your heart. I love your POV and crop too . YOu have come in close and personal to your pet and we cannot help but visually engage immediately with this fellow. Nice....woof!
(5 years and 475 days ago)nice

(5 years and 1955 days ago)Great job!
(5 years and 1955 days ago)Fits the theme perfectly.

(5 years and 2917 days ago)congrats for the 3rd place
(5 years and 2917 days ago)congrats! This one was pretty funny!
(5 years and 2917 days ago)Should of got second........this was more original
(5 years and 2918 days ago)I like that you added a different background and blurred it to add dimension, good source finds. Well done!
(5 years and 2918 days ago)super cool neat work...gl author
(5 years and 2922 days ago)This made me cringe...it's perfect!
(5 years and 2923 days ago)Thats one Butt Ugly Critter...
(5 years and 2926 days ago)The lighting on the bottom of the chin and under the cigar throws the effect off. Perhaps you can darken it with "selective color" making a selection and then darkening/tinting the whites.
(5 years and 2926 days ago)EDIT: Nice correction. Looks much better!
That cigar in her mouth just kills me!
Cool idea; the perspective on the wheel looks odd at the top, like the wheelbarrow is made to turn in a right hand turn.
(5 years and 2942 days ago)Looks good to me, welcome back!
(5 years and 2943 days ago)nice work author, good to see you here
(5 years and 2943 days ago)I agree that the scale of the boards makes it look like a toy, which is okay, but the lighting on the front of the wheel and the wheel barrow are not consistent. You have it lit on opposing sides, I'd tone down the contrast on the side of the wheelbarrow.
(5 years and 2944 days ago)the floor boards are much too wide and detailed , so the wheelbarrow looks like a tiny toy.
(5 years and 2944 days ago)it would be nice if the axle of the wheel is visible. good luck
in the high res - the middle board doesn't seem to match correctly and there is a little bit of a green tint on the leg... well IMO, maybe something to look into - if I were you...
(5 years and 2944 days ago)very nice construction author...cleaver usage of gray scale....best of luck
(5 years and 2944 days ago)Great concept, but there are no water reflections to give the impression of rain. It looks like chippped paint or some other solid surface, not water.
(5 years and 2950 days ago)wow, I almost thought this wasn't even photoshopped!
(5 years and 3494 days ago)Much better
(5 years and 3497 days ago)Clever use of source, good luck!
(5 years and 3497 days ago)excellent experiment and Idea... I would suggest that you split apart the SBS into single sections... write a much more detail description of each step and qualify it into a tutorial, this would make all the work you've put into it worth it, and help a lot of beginners out on how to match tones/ textures/ feel... etc..(and just an added cheekiness, I'd of put a bird peeking out of the black fur... but that's just me
(5 years and 3497 days ago)hats not working for me...perhaps you should leave it more the gray color EDIT: Looking better Author
(5 years and 3497 days ago)This looks exactly the same as the first image. You can't tell by looking at it that you changed the hat.
(5 years and 3497 days ago)Congrats!
(5 years and 3498 days ago)Congrats!
(5 years and 3498 days ago)Congrats on the 3rd place Amigo...well done

(5 years and 3502 days ago)I think you have improved it though haven't you? It looks better than it did.
great blending! good idea
(5 years and 3502 days ago)great work..
(5 years and 3502 days ago)good use of source. Great to see you take on board suggestions to improve your entry. well done author.
(5 years and 3502 days ago)Ummm...I didn't mention anything about typos & straight lines, although I did say this is a great image. I'm glad the suggestions I DID make helped it be even better. Good luck, cranky author!
(5 years and 3503 days ago)Nice blend and good composition. I like the simplicity.
