:) Was about to upload this when I saw "jaws" comments on the contest - smiling cause that was just the first I was thinking when I saw the source - look like the wallpaper that is included in the Windowspackage.
The desktopicons I made myself and use as foldericons at my own desktop. The icons below - some of them are a screenshot from my own computer. The apple I did.

well concept was the most obvious for the given source.i hope i did justice,being totally new to their culture,hope made right use of props and make-up.i did google search and read documents to know more about a geisha.Suggestions and comments are most welcomed. (5 years and 3503 days ago)

OMG!!!! This took me hours to make... i applaud people that make it look easy to remove things from an image lol
I couldn't really think of anything to do with this image, so I thought I would just get rid of things i didn't like in it :)
Then I though hmmm this could make a wallpaper of some kind...

Not the best use of source and maybe try some more advanced techniques next time.
I'm unsure why you say it is not the best use of source.....I used the whole picture, I didn't just take a tiny piece from the picture and go from there. Please see SBS. You may be right about more advanced techniques, but I was looking to make wallpaper and didn't need more advanced techniques.
