Nicely done , one thing, the little branch he's on looks like it is a bit too high. Compare to your reference image, the plant is seen in between his "middle feet" and below his "front feet"

It's looking better, I think it could be moved down, just a tiny bit more, and also the plant under the caterpillar would be in his shadow.
I've just realised that the PSD I saved for changed has all the layers blended! That means no further changes
