You could add a rusty pipe that exits the image, so that the water looks like comming from somewhere.
Those water drops should be transparent if you care for realism.
@greymval: thanks for the suggestion, but it's pure surrealism...
Surrealism is about depicting unreal images in a Realistic manner ( they were even joking about how realistic can they get: see Magritte: this is not a pipe.)
Your entry is closer to Collage Art, which is pretty cool, but needs some adjusments as well - pasted paper on a background would have some frame edges, dropping shadows, etc.
Ok, so let's consider it a fantasy, because you won't see any giant tap floating in the air dripping blue waterdrops.
