Ok, so im not very good at this but i tried hard :P i turned it into a human and gave it more womanly features but i guess its still kinda manly haha.

Thankyou to binababy12 for hair and the model Ashley L and djtomegg69 for more facial features (eyes lips)

All blended together with patch/clone/heal tool along side brushes and dodge/burn tools.
