I like the idea. IMO you should delete the out of focus bubbles and make the ones come out of the turtle smaller. Correct the reflections on the bowl. If it is underwater there should be no window reflections on it.
Thnxs for comment actualy must to keep some reflections in order to see the bowl hope is better now, btw i like the out of focus bubbles.
