- cut out iguana and teeth.
- copy top half of iguana ( mouth line),rotate to open mouth.
- add in teeth and clone tool and smudge to recreate single working image.
- create main background using polar coordinates and center circle below iguana, add in circle border above iguana.
- play with adjustment layers and lighting until happy.

Nice. What's with the dots?
I felt it was too bland so added the dots just to give a teeny bit of something that didnt interfere too much with the pic
nice, I agree with the 'dots' comments, IMO maybe some corrosion and ageing techniques instead?
