I cropp'd it a bit because the sides were to ripped and affecting the hair anyways.
I used a program called Nikki's color effects pro. I gave it that vignette blur and a glamor blur. (5 years and 2824 days ago)

maybe its me but the colored picture looks like a man =)
very good!! but there are still faded crack lines visable, and even one has appeared on the chin that was not there to start with.
agreed wtih jascoe.. and too much lighting in front of her face i think..
Try using healing patch instead of stamp
