I've merged the cliff and the water using the masking option. The water needed to have a lower perspective and as I result I used the perspective transformation tool. Lights and contrast have been created using the dodge and the burn tool. For the reflection effect I've blended some parts of the cliff and church and set them on soft light. The moon was distorted using the zig zag option. Enjoy!

the reflection of the moon is on the wrong side
Aside from agreeing with Brandon, too much of the base of the building is obscured, and it looks too close to the edge of the cliff. The mood and color are very good.
