Author Description:
I desaturated most of the picture. I mostly used dodge and burn. I scratched the background out of a gray color, then dodge and burn. The body I selected the highlights and lightened them more. I cut out the source image to fit around the head. I drew in the hair coming out of the top.

Author Description:
No external images used, cut out pieces and clone them, did some drawing and applied texture from source. A lot of blurring and masking , smoke brushes for final effect.
