Author Description:
Worked with the surface blur tool in order to get a smooth effect on the skin. Blurry brushes where useful for blushing some parts of the skin. The flower is made by myself from the source image. Just see SBS. Enjoy!

I belive it is legal because the image is used in other major sites with no issues, This is a well known art work that is all over the web, and no one owns any legal rights to them.

author PLEASE RED FLAG THIS YOURSELF... I LOVE THIS....and if you red flag it yourself there is a better chance of being able to keep it up... poop.. sure hope it doesn't get pulled.. it's absolutely brilliant and a great twist on the original (If you had used the image to carry the work I would say it should be pulled.. but you altered it so magnificently it has become your own).. good luck.. my fingers are crossed

The copyright has expired for that image so I think you should be OK with it author. The painter died in 1905 and it is normally life of the author plus 70 years. Be aware that what other websites do is not the same as what PXLEyes does, we stand by copyright here. Nice image BTW.
