This is the power and light building in a nearby city. It was built in the 1920's and is famous for its beautiful Art Deco style. If you go to the high res, and zoom in near the top, you can see the winged figure (can't see the wings too well in the dark) representing "electric lightning." (5 years and 310 days ago)
