This is the power and light building in a nearby city. It was built in the 1920's and is famous for its beautiful Art Deco style. If you go to the high res, and zoom in near the top, you can see the winged figure (can't see the wings too well in the dark) representing "electric lightning." (5 years and 319 days ago)
This is an HDR photo but I decided to leave the "ghosts" in the photo because it gave it a feel of motion. The wind was so strong it was blowing the fences wires, covered with a half inch of ice, all over waving back and forth. (5 years and 2206 days ago)

Excellent choice to leave the 'ghosting' Adds life & movement to an otherwise rigid item. Beautiful light & color too.
