On Saturday and Sunday at 8 p.m. this Dragon spews fire to the delighted screams of the crowds gathered around it! After spurting fire three times the dragon sprays all and sundry with water and all the photographers curse as their cameras get sprayed and the crowds turn around and run for cover tripping over many a tripod! and the naturalness of setting draws me into it. You have composed it nicely by inclusion of bushes on the side and the eye is taken into it's depth. How absolutely lovely that there is a duck there in the distance...that, for me was the icing on this well baked cake! Technical elements all well handled, sharp, contrasted, exposure all A+ this one ought to do well in this contest.

It was crazy crazy fun. This was taken in Da Nang, Vietnam.
During the Vietnam War (1959–1975), Da Nang was a major base with United States Army, United States Air Force (USAF), and United States Marine Corps (USMC) units stationed there.....before that from 1930 to 1975 it was a French Air Force Base. Thank you for your interest.
