Contest goal:
There are a variety of ways to imply motion in a photograph, often through the use of blur. Blur is easy to achieve simply by setting the shutter speed, but in this case the blur should be done through the use of "panning." Take a shot of some type of fast moving subject and include blur that was the result of your panning skills.
