This was part of a float of the annual Flower Festival. All the floats were made of flowers. You can see the amount of work that went into this beast...each flower placed carefully ....the lips are made of seeds and different colour of flowers. The eyes are gourds or the back end of a melon (I didn't get a chance to look into his eyes!)
