Wayne Cheah: It doesn't say "modern" or "latest" technology which can also be controversial as well.

"...in order to solve a problem, improve a preexisting solution to a problem, achieve a goal, handle an applied input/output relation or perform a specific function" The problem with such a wide definition is that a photo of a lit candle can be on-theme as a candle solves the "problem" of seeing in the dark for us humans.
