The theme made me hungry, so I made a spinich base, with avocado, shredded turkey breast, cucumber slices, shaved cappicola, cherry tomatoes, swiss cheese, topped with croutons, bacon bits, and mild horseradish dressing. Top it off with a nice, cold Sam Adams. Yummy! (300 days ago)
