Contest goal:

Your goal for this contest is to show us the way people communicate nowadays. Traditional mail, e-mails, telephone, fax, etc. Take a photo of any means of communication. You can have a person using a device in your photo, but this is not mandatory. Simply photographing a communication tool will also be valid as an entry.

carmen: Above it says"the way people communicate nowadays". Since nobody sends a message in a bottle or pigeon mail anymore, are these valid? ( 5 years and 2517 days ago )

Contest Moderator: Have to admit I missed the 'nowadays' in the goal. Have given it some thoughts and feel that although messages in bottles or pigeons are not normal way of communications, they can still be used, the former especially by children. If we get too heavy on 'nowadays' we would probably have to kick out typewriters too.

photogirl723: I think this would be a pretty boring challenge if all that it contained was people talking or texting on cell phones, which is the major form of communication today. It's nice to see some variety in interpretation on means of communication. ( 5 years and 2514 days ago )
