Start with eyes, changed to blue by selecting and change Hue/Sat

Add black layer as overlay and cleaned eyes & mouth.

Added another black layer & changed the lights layer to color dodge 48%

Flattened then played with the Highlights/Shadow

Added a Flower picture I took.

Add flower to face and cleaned it up, also add a layer of yellow on top of all of it.

Worked on the hair and flower a bit. Then flatten. Done.
