The eye is misshapen. It doesn't look like a "ball" in a socket, as much as an almond shape with an iris. There is no tear duct, nor upper and lower eyelids, rather just an opening with lashes applied. You also have no depth to the eye or the socket. It's all quite flat and looks somewhat like a cartoon eye, although the coloring of the iris is quite intense.

It's an awesome painting, I just wish you could have got a better shot of it. Your photo just seems really noisy and kind of affects the quality of the painting. I'll hold my vote if you think you can get a better shot of it.

This is so beautifully done. You made the breast feathers look so soft, almost like a bunny's fur. And to put the bird on a dog's paw is pretty cool. Very nice, author.
