Wave Your Flag - Drawing Contest
Goal:
DIGITAL DRAWING: Draw the flag of a country, state or town, have it waving in the wind. It must be a real, existing flag. All drawing programs acceptable.
Please put the name of the country, state or town in your description.
Reminder: you must post any reference photo's (uncut version) in the SBS besides the 2 progress steps. Tracing (as always) is NOT allowed! ( suggested by: tapiona )
