sec. 12. As Mircea say it you can use it on a large font text like Arial and then reverse time.
It give a 3D aspect and has presets like Glass, Bricks and many more. Its very easy to use it
As time you can obtain a 3D effect in a 2D editor like AE why loosing time modeling in Maya ?
Yes, too prof. Pxl artistic taste is frozen somewhere in XVIII century. Didnt you notice that ?
