I'm just foolin with you.....I think it is a good idea to follow the Buddha's teachings..."all things in moderation". I love dates too, especially with the right fella. ;-D

French fries.....blechhhhhhhhhhhhhh. You are making a joke right?

Saturated fats are what turn a potato into a time bomb for heart disease, diabetes, and cancer the Acrylymide will slay you quicker than 4 puffs of a cigarette per day. French fries starchiness makes them a high-glycemic food, and therefore a risk to cardiovascular and metabolic health.

ahhh maybe with a good dose of gravy, mayo, ketchup and salt we can turn them into a health food...huh?

Never mind with all this babble I like French Fries....

Thank you for making me feel like crap. I do have a secret to share....we were smokers. We quit a few centuries back but lately my husband and I have one cigarette at noon, only one and we share it. Sometimes in life it feels good to be bad. Never mind, I like your message and agree and the photo is smack on the money for macro. Nice and sharp with a stinging message.

This is a photograph from a mind who thinks out of the box. Catching shadows so well, the triangular seat to follow the contest rules, the oil stain above in the frame that marries well with the title you have provided. Please remember that titles DO MATTER especially if you have a gallery showing it means that the title can either make your sale or break it. The only catch I have is I do wish the triangular seat was a bit sharper. Before I cast my vote I will study your image in hi-resolution. Love your thought process and your pov is strong and unusual.

I agree with olga it could be a tad sharper and also that hand should have been more complete and also you could crop some of the top in this, what does work is the human connection between you and the subject and the fact you conversed with him is a big plus, nice one that

The presentation of this piece is marvellous, straight on and he is looking right at us. The photo is not sharp. In portrait photography it is critical that the eyes are pin sharp, then all other sins can be forgiven. Nipping off his fingers is a no no. But, your point of view , coming down to his level was the way to go. I bet if you gave him a copy of this he would be thrilled to pieces.

I would like to thank you very much for sharing with this site as to how you captured this beauty. It is how we all learn. Tell us about your HOMEMADE macro lens...is that a regular lens turned around? I like the artistic way you have presented this little beauty and the gray background with circles enhances and points us to the little fly.
