It's great if part of the vehicle is in the shot, so we can see you were in the vehicle,
You think of a way to prove you were in a vehicle and we will consider it. Use the SBS for this

Since there is great texture in the wall and colour in the shoe, I think that I would have cropped out the distracting window and just left the shoe on the wall.
